By downloading and using another-meet ("the application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

another-meet is an open-source command-line interface (CLI) tool designed to help users interact with the Google Meet platform via the Google Calendar API. It allows users to create, schedule, join, and list their meetings from their local terminal environment.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the application to abuse, harass, or violate the rights of others, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Google Calendar API or Google Meet services.

3. Intellectual Property

another-meet is open-source software distributed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the code subject to the terms of that license.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

We are not responsible for any missed meetings, data loss, or misconfigurations that may arise from using this tool. By using another-meet, you acknowledge that it is a third-party tool and we hold no affiliation with Google LLC.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
